ITINERARY

Day: 1 Delhi -Varna - Burgas

Nov 2014Arrive Varna Airport ( TK flight arr. 14:25hrs), Transfer to Burgas
Light snack en route (Veg sandwich, soft drink, sweet bar, apple)
Departure to Burgas ( 105 km, 1h 20min drive) 16:30hrs – 18:00hrs
Check-in at the hotel 18:30hrs
Relax, Optional take advantage of the Spa Center ( working till 20:00hrs) 18:30hrs – 20:00hrs
Dinner at the hotel ( Indian Menu, Native Indian Chef) with Mixers & Drinks

DAY 2 Burgas - Sofia

ABF at hotel & check out
Departure to Nessebar ( 18 km/ 20 min drive ) 09:30hrs – 10:00hrs
1 hr Nessebar – UNESCO Heritage site - tour with beautiful views of the Sunny beach gulf and souvenier- shopping opportunities 10:00hrs – 11:00hrs
Departure to Sozopol ( 53km/ 1hr) 11:00hrs – 12:00hrs
Visit and Indian lunch at the Firytale castle "In love With The Wind" in Sozopol 12:00hrs – 13:30hrs
Departure to Plovdiv ( 285km/ 3,5hrs drive with washrrom stop en route) 13:30hrs – 17:00hrs
Plovdiv Tour of the Unesco Heritage Old Town Reserve 17:00hrs – 18:30hrs
Continue to Sofia ( 122km/ 1,5hrs) 18:30hrs – 20:00hrs

Cocktail Dinner with 02 Veg/02 Non Veg Snacks ( Black Label )/beer/02 Hrs free flow soda/soft drink in a restaurant with Folklore show including: Bulgarian National Dances, Gypsy, Russian, Greek, Belly dance show, followed by a DJ Party where the DJ features contemporary Indian hits as well 21:00hrs – 23:00hrs.Overnight in Sofia (nightlife opportunities)

DAY 4 Turkey

Arrival to Istanbul City Meet & Greet at the Airport Transfer to Hotel and check in process Lunch will be taken at Indian restaurant excluding drinks After lunch: Half Day Bosphorus tour including Cruise over the Bosphorus line. You'll have great panoramic view of Istanbul City Return back to hotel & Freshen up Dinner at Gar Restaurant with limited drinks and Traditional Turkish shows. Overnight in Istanbul

DAY 5 Turkey

Open buffet breakfast at hotel Full Day Ottoman Tour including Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Grand Covered Bazaar Lunch will be taken at Indian Restaurant excluding drinks Return back to hotel & Freshen up Dinner at Indian restaurant (excluding drinks) Overnight in Istanbul

DAY 6 Turkey

Open buffet breakfast at hotel Check out from hotel Day free for shopping Lunch at Indian restaurant Transfer to IST APT for departure

Travel Notes

We have right to alter itinerary according to circumstances and is not liable for any type of accidents/strike/insurgency during tour period.
We are not liable for any theft or damage of luggage and are not liable for any cancellation of Flights.
Sightseeing is subject to time permits and weather permits.
Rates valid on Minimum 20 Persons travelling together any reduction in in group size rates will be increased
Telephone & Room Services etc. at hotels are chargeable.
Vehicles will be available as per itinerary.
Standard Check in time is 1400 hrs & Check out time is 1100 hrs

Terms and Conditions

The hotel rates are based on current tariff and taxes & subject to change with¬out prior notification.
All current hotel taxes have been included while quoting. Any increase in the existing tax structure, fuel hike, and additional Government levies will be charged extra.
Final name and rooming lists are to be forwarded to us at least 7 days prior to the operation of the tour. This is mandated by all the hotels for the reconfirmation of rooms.
All arrangements made by GHPL are in the capacity of an agent only. GHPL will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or & acts of force majeure.

PAYMENT DETAILS

75 % of advance before the group arrival favoring: Group Tour Experts, Payable at New Delhi & 25 % balance -6 days before the departure of group.
